Due to hygiene & sanitary reasons we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please make sure you order correctly. Provide your exact and correct address. Read all information provided on my site. And make a knowledgeable decision when ordering.

Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used or altered in any way. We adhere to strict policies in regards to federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns.

Cancellation Policy: If for any reason you need to cancel an order, you will be charged a $60 cancellation fee. An order that has already been shipped can not be cancelled.
